1. Who we are and what this site does

BreederFinderHub is a listing and discovery platform. We connect people looking for an animal with breeders who publish listings. We are not a party to any sale, deposit, contract, transport arrangement or health guarantee between a buyer and a breeder.

By creating an account, browsing, listing an animal, requesting a meeting or sending a message, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for everything that happens under your login.

Keep your password private. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has used your account.

3. Messaging between members

Messages you send through the site are delivered to the recipient's inbox and stored so both of you can read the conversation history. Only you and the person you are messaging can read a conversation.

Use messaging for genuine enquiries about animals, visits and breeding programmes. Do not send spam, bulk marketing, abusive content, adult content, or requests for money outside a legitimate sale.

Never share bank details, ID documents or payment credentials in a message. We will never ask you for them.

We may review a conversation if it is reported to us for fraud, harassment or a suspected policy breach, and we may suspend accounts that misuse messaging.

4. Listings and breeder responsibilities

Breeders are responsible for the accuracy of every listing, including breed, age, health records, lineage, pricing and availability. Listings must describe real animals in the breeder's care.

You must comply with all animal welfare, licensing, sales, transport and tax laws that apply to you. Listings that break the law or our welfare standards may be removed without notice.

5. Verification

A verified badge means the breeder completed an identity check that matches a government-issued ID to a live selfie. It confirms identity only. It is not an endorsement, and it says nothing about genetics, health, lineage, ethics or the outcome of any sale.

6. Payments, deposits and meetings

All money moves directly between buyer and breeder. We do not hold funds, process payments or act as an escrow service.

Before paying a deposit, ask for health testing documentation, request a live video call, and use a traceable payment method. Meetings arranged through the site are between you and the breeder; attend safely and bring someone with you where possible.

7. Prohibited conduct

Do not misrepresent an animal or yourself, scrape or copy the site, attempt to access other members' data, upload malware, resell listing access, or use the site to arrange anything unlawful.

8. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, resize and distribute that content to operate and promote the site. You confirm you have the right to post it.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a transaction, animal, meeting or communication between members, or from information a member has published.

10. Privacy

We store the account details, listings, meeting requests and messages needed to run the service. Contact details on a breeder profile are only shown publicly when the breeder chooses to show them.

11. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that breach these terms. We may update these terms; the version shown here is the one that applies, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
